باستعمالك تطبيق TactIQ فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصيّة. إن لم توافق، فلا تستعمل التطبيق واحذفه من جهازك. هذه الشروط اتّفاق بينك وبين مطوّر التطبيق TactIQ (يُشار إليه بـ«نحن»)، ولا علاقة لها بـGoogle، إذ إنّ Google مجرّد منصّة توزيع.
التطبيق موجَّه لمن أتمّ 16 سنة. إن كنت أقلّ من سنّ الرشد في بلدك، فاستعمالك يجب أن يكون بعلم وليّ أمرك وموافقته، وهو من يتولّى أيّ عمليّة شراء.
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصيّاً، غير حصريّ، غير قابل للنقل، قابلاً للسحب لاستعمال التطبيق ومحتواه لأجل تعلّمك وعملك التدريبيّ الخاصّ. وهذا يعني تحديداً أنّه يُمنَع:
مخالفة هذا البند تُبطل ترخيصك فوراً، ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة عنك.
TactIQ ليس تابعاً لـUEFA ولا FIFA ولا أيّ اتّحاد قارّيّ أو محلّيّ، ولا معتمداً منها، ولا مرخَّصاً ولا مصادَقاً عليه من أيّ منها. أيّ إشارة إلى مستويات تدريب معروفة إنّما هي وصف لمستوى المحتوى ومساره التعليميّ، لا ادّعاء بأنّه المنهج الرسميّ لذلك الاتّحاد ولا بديل عنه. وكلّ العلامات التجاريّة تبقى مِلك أصحابها.
الشهادة التي يصدرها التطبيق شهادة داخليّة (شهادة إتمام محتوى TactIQ) لا قيمة رسميّة لها: لا تمنح رخصة تدريب، ولا تُعتمد للتسجيل في نادٍ أو اتّحاد أو مسابقة، ولا تُعادل أيّ دورة رسميّة. الرخصة الرسميّة تُنال حصراً من اتّحادك الوطنيّ عبر دورات حضوريّة وتقييم معتمد.
يتضمّن التطبيق محتوى عن الإسعاف الأوّليّ والارتجاج وحماية الطفل والتغذية والإعداد البدنيّ. هذا المحتوى توعويّ ومعلوماتيّ فقط:
التطبيق ونصوص دروسه واختباراته ومخطّطاته وتصاميمه وشعاره واسمه TactIQ مِلك للمطوّر ومحميّة بحقوق المؤلّف. الترخيص في البند 3 لا ينقل إليك أيّ ملكيّة. أمّا أسماء الأندية والاتّحادات والمسابقات وشعاراتها ورموزها فمِلك أصحابها، وتُذكر في التطبيق للتعريف والدراسة لا أكثر.
ملاحظاتك وتظليلاتك وقائمة لاعبيك وحصصك وخططك وتحليلاتك المرئيّة مِلكك وتبقى على جهازك. نحن لا نستلمها ولا ندّعي حقّاً فيها. وبالمقابل: لأنّها لا تُرفَع إلى أيّ مكان، فلا نملك نسخة احتياطيّة منها، وفقدان الجهاز أو حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته يعني فقدانها نهائيّاً. مسؤوليّة الاحتفاظ بها عليك، وأنت مسؤول عن مشروعيّة ما تحفظه (مثل بيانات لاعبين قد يكونون أطفالاً — احترم قوانين حماية البيانات في بلدك).
النتائج والترتيب والهدّافون والأخبار تأتي من مزوّدين خارجيّين. قد تتأخّر أو تنقص أو تكون غير دقيقة أو تنقطع، والروابط الخارجيّة محتواها مسؤوليّة ناشره. لا نضمن دقّة هذه البيانات ولا استمرارها، ولا يجوز الاعتماد عليها لأيّ غرض تنافسيّ أو ماليّ أو رهانيّ.
تُعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob، ولا نتحكّم بمحتوى الإعلان المعروض. للشكوى من إعلان استعمل خيارات الإبلاغ داخل الإعلان نفسه، ويمكنك مراسلتنا كذلك. تفاصيل ما يُجمَع لأجل الإعلانات في سياسة الخصوصيّة.
نطوّر التطبيق باستمرار، ويجوز لنا إضافة ميزات أو تعديلها أو إيقافها، أو إيقاف الخدمة كلّها، مع إخطار معقول عند الإمكان. ولا نضمن أن يعمل التطبيق بلا انقطاع ولا خلوّه من الأخطاء ولا توافقه مع كلّ جهاز أو إصدار نظام.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«بحسب المتوفّر»، بلا أيّ ضمان صريح أو ضمنيّ. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نُسأل عن أيّ ضرر غير مباشر أو تبعيّ أو عرضيّ — بما في ذلك الإصابات أو الخسائر الرياضيّة أو فقدان البيانات — الناشئ عن استعمالك التطبيق أو تطبيقك ما فيه. وأقصى مسؤوليّة لنا في كلّ الأحوال هو المبلغ الذي دفعته فعلاً للتطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للحدث. لا يمسّ هذا البند أيّ حقّ لك لا يجوز إسقاطه قانوناً كمستهلك.
يجوز لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة البند 3 أو أيّ استعمال يضرّ بالخدمة أو بمستخدميها. ويمكنك أنت إنهاء الاتّفاق في أيّ وقت بحذف التطبيق. وتبقى بنود الملكيّة الفكريّة وحدود المسؤوليّة سارية بعد الإنهاء.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين بلد إقامة المطوّر، مع بقاء أيّ حقوق إلزاميّة يمنحك إيّاها قانون حماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك. وإن بطل بند منها بقيت بقيّة البنود سارية.

By using the TactIQ app you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app and remove it from your device. These Terms are an agreement between you and the app's developer, TactIQ ("we"), and not with Google, which is only the distribution platform.
The app is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your use must be with the knowledge and consent of your parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app and its content for your own learning and coaching work. Specifically, you may not:
Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately, and we may suspend your access.
TactIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or approved by UEFA, FIFA, or any continental or national federation. Any reference to well-known coaching levels describes the level and learning path of the content; it is not a claim to be that federation's official curriculum, nor a substitute for it. All trademarks remain the property of their owners.
The certificate issued by the app is an internal certificate of completion of TactIQ content and has no official standing: it grants no coaching licence, is not accepted for registration with a club, federation or competition, and is not equivalent to any official course. An official licence is obtained solely from your national federation through in-person courses and accredited assessment.
The app includes content on first aid, concussion, safeguarding, nutrition and physical preparation. That content is awareness and information only:
The app, its lesson texts, quizzes, diagrams, designs, logo and the name TactIQ belong to the developer and are protected by copyright. The licence in section 3 transfers no ownership to you. Club, federation and competition names, badges and marks belong to their owners and appear in the app for identification and study only.
Your notes, highlights, squad list, sessions, plans and video analyses are yours and remain on your device. We do not receive them and claim no rights over them. In return: because nothing is uploaded, we hold no backup, and losing your device, uninstalling the app, or clearing its data means losing them permanently. Keeping them is your responsibility, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of what you store (for example player data that may concern children — respect the data-protection law of your country).
Scores, standings, scorers and news come from external providers. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and the content behind external links is the publisher's responsibility. We do not warrant the accuracy or continuity of this data, and it must not be relied upon for any competitive, financial or betting purpose.
Ads are served by Google AdMob and we do not control which ad is shown. To complain about a specific ad, use the reporting options inside the ad itself; you may also write to us. What is collected for advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
We develop the app continuously and may add, change or discontinue features, or the service as a whole, with reasonable notice where possible. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or OS version.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage — including injury, sporting loss, or data loss — arising from your use of the app or your application of its content. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of section 3 or any use that harms the service or its users. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. The intellectual property and liability sections survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your own country of residence. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
